Visiting is the best way to experience our environment and philosophy. We offer tours year-round on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 4:30 PM.

Admissions Timeline

February
Applications open for the upcoming school year and close at the end of the month.

March
Parent–teacher dialogues take place. These conversations help us understand projected transitions within our current cohort and identify potential openings for summer and fall.

Late April
Families whose values align with our practice receive placement offers and transition details.

Summer & Fall
New students join throughout the year as space allows. Transitions are individualized rather than grouped, supporting a calm and steady start for each child.

Rolling Admission at Nahar

Nahar follows a rolling admission model within a defined annual structure.
Placement is guided by:

• Alignment between family values and Nahar’s practices

• Projected transitions among current students

• Space availability for specific ages and developmental stages

This approach upholds continuity in the classroom and supports a grounded integration for each child.

Waitlist Policy

Nahar does not maintain a traditional waitlist.
Families who have toured and submitted the February application are considered during the spring review. Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis once openings are confirmed.
